The problem
A service business lives on quotes. Every week it puts together estimates with the same services as always, emails them, waits, and when the client says yes, the work starts with nothing signed. Then the disagreements arrive: what was agreed, at what price, under which terms.
Paper solved that halfway. The big tools solved it, but priced themselves for companies ten times larger.
How I solved it
AllSigna puts the whole path in one place, from the quote to the finished job:
- Services ready to reuse. The services and products a company always sells are saved, so a new quote takes minutes.
- Sign in person or remotely. The client signs on the technician’s tablet or from a secure link sent by email.
- Terms on every quote. The approved terms travel with each document, no copy and paste.
- PDFs come and go on their own. When a quote is created, the client receives the unsigned PDF. Once they sign, both sides receive the document signed by both parties.
- Accounts for approved work. Every approved project carries its percentage and its wages. It is not full accounting: it is the control a service business needs to know whether it is making money.
Field staff have their own mobile app for work orders.
How it’s built
Each company customizes its documents and colors, but the system watches contrast so a quote never goes out unreadable. Branding and language are frozen when each document is issued: what the client signed is exactly what stays on record.
Underneath, every company lives isolated from the others, with roles, an audit trail and more than nine hundred automated tests.
