Angel Lizarzado

Software developer based in Venezuela. I build complete systems for businesses, from the data design to the interface each person uses.

What I do

Most of my work is business software: quotes and e-signatures, accounting, customer support, server maintenance. Companies use these systems every day and depend on them to operate, so I build them to be reliable before anything else.

I work across every layer. I design the database, write the backend and the interface, and when needed, the desktop application or the mobile app too.

How I work

Before writing code, I spend time understanding how the people who will use the system actually work. An accountant, a field technician and a support operator need very different things, and the solution almost always comes from there.

I keep business rules apart from the database and the interface (hexagonal architecture), and every project has automated tests covering it. That lets me make big changes without breaking what already works.

Tools

TypeScript, React and Next.js on the web. Rust and Tauri for desktop applications. PostgreSQL and SQLite for data. Expo for mobile, and Python when the problem calls for it.

The name

Mitsukai is a name I've carried for years. I didn't pick it alone: it was given to me by a very special person, who found it and told me what it meant. In Japanese it's used for angel, but its literal sense is messenger, the one who is sent.

It felt like mine from the first day, and it has been the name for my work ever since.
